Barbara Dowding writes, “At the February national executive meeting, it was decided unanimously to call upon this power of prayer and to initiate a nationwide 12 Hours of Prayer for Palliative Care on May 4, 2016. This is designed to take place during the National Hospice Palliative Care Week (organized by the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association) as a profound witness to the sanctity of human life.”

On May 4th, let us all unite in One Heart, One Voice, One Mission for this cause. All the information you need for this initiative is in the above link.

There will be adoration at the St. Raymond’s chapel on the south shore (Candiac) at 3 place Halifax from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm; as well as at St. Patrick’s Basilica in downtown Montreal, 454 René-Levesque Blvd. West, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
